Dr. David Yawrenko
Dr. David Yawrenko is the founder and current president of New Life Clinic in Edmonton. He is the main doctor at the New Life Clinic that oversees all New Life Clinic Patients results and progress. Dr. Yawrenko has helped over thirty thousand patient visits in the last 41 years with his professional practice, specializing in acupuncture and wellness care.
Dr. Yawrenko is a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic, receiving a Doctor of Chiropractic Degree (D.C.)* non-practicing in 1975. He later received a Degree in Acupuncture (D.Ac.) in 1977. In order to advance his expertise, Dr. Yawrenko has committed himself to a lifelong pursuit of continuous education through seminars and workshops.
Dr. Yawrenko has also appeared in many infomercials on channels such as CTV and Global as well as radio shows and interviews including CKER and CJCA.
Dr. Yawrenko has received a number of awards including the LAM Award in June 23, 1989, The International Academy of Clinical Acupuncture Fellow (F.I.A.C.A.) in 1985, a Distinguished Diplomat from the Shanghai Research Institution of Acupuncture on August 12, 1989.
Dr. Yawrenko currently has a Certificate of Acupuncture Registration in Alberta (2014). He is a member of the Ontario Association of Acupuncture & Traditional Chinese Medicine (1989) and a member of the National Academy of Acupuncture (1981).
Dr. Iryna Koziak
Dr. Koziak is a 1993 graduate of the Medical University in Kiev, Ukraine, where she earned a degree in pediatric care. She later specialized in neurology from 1993-1995 and served as a pediatric neurologist at Children’s Hospital until 1998.
Since March of 2000, Dr. Koziak has been a Vega practitioner, performing all Vega tests conducted at New Life Clinic.
Dr. Marina Golosarskaya graduated with a degree in internal medicine from the university in Odessa, Ukraine in 1976. Dr. Golosarskaya has 14 years of clinical experience. In 1966, she graduated with a degree in nutritional microscopy live blood cell analysis from an Arizona (USA) university.
A practicing Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine with emphasis in Acupuncture since 1975 in Shanghai, Hong Kong and Canada. Dr. Yu is an official disciple of Dr. Yan Re Lin, the world famous TCM doctor in China. She is also the Chair of the Acupuncture Committee (appointed by Minister of Health of AB since 2006). Currently she is the president of the College and Association of Acupuncturists of Alberta.
Reese M. Miranda
Reese attended CDI College and received her certification in Massage Therapy in 2010. Since 2010, she has been certified through the National Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC). Her massage techniques include Swedish, deep tissue, sports, active release, body strengthening, ROM, pre-natal side lying, and post natal massage. Reese also incorporates the importance of body mechanics and breathing exercises when consulting a patient.
Kelly Ashton is a specialist in therapeutic reflexology. She is a graduate of Grant MacEwan University, where she received training in therapeutic reflexology, “Touch for Health,” and acupressure. Kelly has practised Reiki treatments for nearly 20 years and several years ago became an instructor. In addition to her Reiki work, she is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and continues to take courses in infant massage, prenatal massage, lymphatic drainage, and spa treatments.
Mila studied massage at Aroma Therapy Holistic Centre for 2 years, and took courses for Thai Massage in 2014. Her background includes Iridology, Reiki Master (Metro Community College in Edmonton year 2006), and Nutrition.
Natallia graduated from The Medical University in Belarus where she took courses in Therapeutic Massage. She also took Massage Therapy Level 3 at Holistic Health Training & Research Centre. She is proficient in classical therapeutic massage and deep tissue massage.
